    INEXEA is seeking to engage a Senior Solution Architect & Business Development Lead (Cloud/Infrastructure) principally for the UK market.

    This dynamic position offers the opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure solutions while spearheading new business initiatives within a global marketplace.

    The ideal candidate should have a great attitude, be result oriented, highly experienced, self-motivated & proactive, well organized, energetic & with a proven ability to gain new business & grow existing ones.

    As a Senior Solution Architect & Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of INEXEA's cloud and infrastructure solutions portfolio.

    You will leverage your extensive experience and expertise to architect tailored solutions for our clients while also spearheading business development efforts to expand our market presence.

    As a business development lead, your ability to close large deals (
    £135m), though not a requirement, will set you up for a senior management role within INEXEA.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a unique dual role as both a Senior Solution Architect and a Business Development Lead (Cloud/Infrastructure).

    This dynamic position offers the opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure solutions while spearheading new business initiatives within a global marketplace.

    As a senior solution architect & business development lead (cloud/infrastructure), you will play a pivotal role in driving our cloud and infrastructure business forward.

    You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative cloud-based solutions for clients, while simultaneously identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

    This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong business acumen, and proven leadership skills. You will identify new business opportunities with the aim of generating revenue, improving profitability and growing the business. You will be required to develop and apply an effective sales strategy.
    The goal is to drive sustainable incremental financial growth by generating new revenue, boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients;

    You will also be responsible for defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    Responsibilities
    As a senior solution architect & business development lead (cloud/infrastructure), your responsibilities will include the following:

    Solution Architecture:

    • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.
    • Designing and architecting secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud and infrastructure solutions for clients across diverse industries
    • Designing comprehensive cloud and infrastructure solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
    • Developing high-level architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
    • Staying abreast of the latest cloud and infrastructure technologies, ensuring solutions remain cutting-edge.

    Business Development:

    • Identifying new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    • Providing RFP/RFQ/RFI responses
    • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for cloud and infrastructure solutions.
    • Leading pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
    • Fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

    Project Management:

    • Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

    Thought Leadership:

    • Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and market developments in cloud computing and infrastructure.
    • Sharing insights and thought leadership through whitepapers, blog posts, and speaking engagements at industry events.

    Mentorship:

    • Managing and mentoring a team of technical professionals (if applicable).
    Along the line, you may be required to
    build & potentially lead a business development team;
    train members of your team, & possibly organize external training where appropriate

    The following requirements are necessary
    ~ Passionate about solution architecture and client satisfaction
    ~ In-depth knowledge of leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., networking, security, storage).
    ~ Passionate about developing & growing the business
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    ~ Minimum of 9 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure solutions architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    ~ International work experience
    ~ Experience working in a global environment and demonstrated cultural sensitivity.
    ~ Proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex cloud solutions for enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
    ~ Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
    ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    ~ Excellent interpersonal skills.
    ~ Excellent spoken & written English
    ~ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
    ~ Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends within the cloud and infrastructure space.
    ~ Ability to travel extensively if & when required
    ~ Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
    ~ Ability to deliver
    ~ Good negotiation skills
    ~ A track record of interacting and building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations
    ~ Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
    ~ Proven work experience as a business development personnel, sales executive or in a related position
    ~7 or more years of successful sales/business development experience
    ~ Proven sales track record
    ~ A history of exceeding or meeting sales targets
    ~ Experience with lead generation & prospect management
    ~ Strong analytic skills
    ~ Proficiency using Skype, Teams & possibly Zoom
    ~ Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-level executives

    Ability to define specific solutions, even within abstract environments
    Good network within potential viable markets &/or with potential clients
    Experience with competitor mapping
    Proficiency in one or more international languages other than English
    Proficiency in forecasting tools
    Experience in customer support
    Experience in IT & Business consulting will be advantageous
    Existing executive level contacts at one or more potential clients
    Understanding of a Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing)
