    As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

    • Preferred skills

  • Good understanding of statistical modelling and decision modelling would be an asset.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve complex problems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with experience in leveraging data analytics to drive insights and business decisions.
  • Experience and or familiarity in the following analytics and visualization tools such as: SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI and/or analytical programming language such as: R, Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process.
  • Readiness to learn and eagerness to grow, not only in technical but also business acumen

    • Minimum years experience required and qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional service firm with strong project experience in analytics, or 1 year analytics/research experience delivering analytics-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative fields such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and other related fields such as Accounting and Finance.
