- Assist in the detailed planning and execution of Track and drainage Renewals and Enhancement Works as allocated by the Renewals Manager.
- Responsible for planning and organising remits from from the yearly workbank.
- Attend relevant meetings as required.
- Manage the work to meet agreed finacial targets, performance KRAs and other KPI's.
- Manage works in compliance with all relevant Saftey Legislation and Welfare Regilations.
- Manage works in compliance with the CRSA technical specifications, processes and procedures and Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Input close calls and good practices.
- Participate in the Alliance Saftey Briefing Programme.
- You will be working 2 weekends out of 4.
- Demonstrable experience in permanent track and drainage also have a understanding in developing work training will be provided.
- Excellent knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HASAW and other appropriate regulations, including Group Standards.
- Knowledge of network rail standards and Balfour Beatty standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and man management skills

Role Purpose
