    Job Description

    As Business Assistant , you will support the Operations Manager to organize and manage the People and Finance operational activity for the Team. Together you will be the conduit between central HR and Finance functions, the London CM HR & Finance teams, and the Team itself. This is a busy and varied role which requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational ability and a flexible 'can-do' attitude. A high standard of written and verbal communication skills are important, as are first class interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SOX compliance/experience would be beneficial but not essential.

    Responsibilities:

    Responding to requests from HR and Finance

  • Support the Operations Manager to ensure routine monthly People activities are undertaken and completed in an organized and timely manner
  • Assist in organization of recruitment and L&D requirements and activity
  • Assisting Operations Manager with maintenance of Dynamics D365 software in respect of project administration and monthly invoicing
  • Help organize Team events and social activities where appropriate
  • Support with preparation for monthly finance reviews with Cost Centre Directors and central finance teams
  • Help set up for meetings, booking in visitors, organizing training sessions, Team Meetings Coordination
  • Booking Travel/Hotel Reservations as required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, drafting and editing documents/reports as needed
  • Ensuring timely completion and administration of timesheets/expenses management, Accreditations and Certificates
  • Qualifications

    Experience

    Suitable candidates will ideally have some experience of working for a SOX compliant organization delivering the responsibilities outlined above

    Technical Requirements

    Competency using Microsoft Dynamics D365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
