    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

    This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and property finance arrangements.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring the delivery of highquality legal services to clients.
    • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
    • Maintain excellent time management skills to meet billing and fee earning targets.
    • Provide professional and strategic advice to clients, exhibiting confidence and expertise in commercial property law.
    Key Requirements:


    • Qualified lawyer with substantial experience gained within a reputable legal practice, preferably a Legal 500 firm.
    • Proficient in commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance arrangements.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
    Additional Experience (Desirable):


    • Exposure to agricultural law and related matters such as farm business tenancies and estate management.
    • Knowledge of planning law and the construction process would be advantageous.
