- Significant, demonstrable SAP experience across multiple projects planning, managing the execution and delivery of all phases of testing. 5-8 years of experience in testing SAP and its components
- Extensive experience of leading testing in a complex SAP environment including knowledge of SAP modules, integration, environments, data and user access
- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and functionality ( Financial Accounting and controlling, material management, supply chain management, plant maintenance etc.)
- Hands-on experience of SAP systems, Fiori navigations & Reporting.
- Excellent grasp of SAP S4/HANA functionality.
- Has the ability to build excellent relationships with client stakeholders ensuring test progress/status is clearly provided via a defined communication plan.
- Strong requirement scoping, estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues and identify remedial actions.
- The ability to advocate best practice when constructing automation and performance testing frameworks.
- Delivery of the overall SAP test strategy and maintaining strong and cooperative relationships with functional, technical and key business stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver significant value within the SAP programme and de-risk programme delivery through Quality Assurance.
- Conceptualize and drive the SAP Testing practice within Operate Digital as part of the organization growth plan.
- Delivery of industry standard automation and performance testing frameworks, providing quick and efficient test execution in relation with SAP programme.
- Proven experience of SAP systems and modules - SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Fiori, CFIN & SAP Solution Manager etc at a minimum.
- Define test scope and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management and test tool selection.
- Monitoring and controlling test process quality and results.Drive key milestone and progress ceremonies (agile / waterfall) e.g. defect triage, quality gate entry / exit with stakeholders.
- Accountable for planning and managing execution of all test phases in scope across large complex SAP projects keeping in line with timescales for market specific releases.
- Providing real-time, daily and weekly reporting on test progress including delivery of dashboard reporting covering KPI's and SLA's with stakeholders.

About the role
Our Test Practice within Technical Solutions is experiencing continuous success and growth. As part of our Technology Solutions business, our SAP Practice focuses on implementation and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technologies. We are seeking to recruit an experienced SAP Test Manager to work with our team to provide QA leadership for delivery of a number of SAP programmes for internal and external clients.
