- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional care in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, promoting continuous professional development and a culture of learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with the residential deputy manager and clinical lead to effectively manage the overall operation of the service.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Management qualification
- Previous registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a registered manager.
- Proven experience in managing a large care service, including clinical staff.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to promoting a person-centered approach to care.
