Here at Samspon Park we are looking for a dedicated and committed Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. Your day duties include a mix of consulting and surgical caseload, some duties at our neighbouring Corby site.
In this role, you'll encounter a diverse caseload, with a well-balanced mix of surgical and medical cases such as dental, soft tissue, orthopaedics, emergency surgery, access to endoscopy, tonopen, exotics.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week average (inclusive of weekend duties) over 4 days.
Shifts will be from 8:00am-6:30pm or 9:00am-7:30pm.We are a friendly and supportive first opinion, small animal practice located in beautiful market town with easy access to large city and links to Northampton and Cambridge.
Ideal area for outdoor enthusiasts as rural location, River Nene access and local sports clubs.Practice facilities include routine multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, access to dental x-ray, endoscopy and lap spays at sister site with opportunity to follow cases through.
Staff wellbeing is a priority and we have a good level of experienced Vets for clinical support.Our team have wellbeing activity sessions (within work hours) quarterly and we have regular Vet meetings to discuss cases and ensure we are all aligned.
We currently have one Vet currently studying for their Medicine certificate. It is important that we have a lovely team environment where we actively promote a healthy work life balance.In addition to a competitive base salary, you will benefit from –
