    Be a driving force behind brain injury support in Sheffield
    Do you have a passion for supporting those in need and a knack for building strong teams?

    Headway – the brain injury association, is seeking a dedicated Retail Shop Manager to join our team in Sheffield.

    This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of others while leading a high-performing team and fostering a welcoming environment for customers.

    As the Retail Shop Manager, you will:
    Lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment.
    Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including stock management, sales, customer service, and loss prevention.
    Achieve ambitious sales targets and implement strategies to maximise shop performance.
    Deliver online selling on platforms.
    Build strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
    Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
    Deliver community engagement to share the understanding of Headways services.
    To be successful, you will possess:
    Retail management experience, preferably in a charity setting.
    A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
    Proficiency in retail technology systems a plus.
    A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
