    The Role –

    The Allocations Team provide a generic front line customer support service dealing with customers in a responsive, sensitive and professional manner ensuring that the best possible service is provided at all times. Assess and Verify new housing/transfer applications to ensure they are in line with Gravesham's Allocations Scheme, maintain the housing register and advertise and shortlist all social homes. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 29 th May 2024.

    About You -

    • Experience of working with the public
    • Good, proven, standard of written English
    • A working knowledge of Housing Allocations & Choice Based Lettings Service
    • Knowledge of Eligibility Regulations and housing advice relating to Housing Options.
