    Administrator - Quality and Data - United Kingdom - Balfour Beatty plc

    Description

    We are looking for a Cost Administrator to join our project team, working on a Joint Venture in our major projects division as part of the HS2 project in the Birmingham Area.

    You will play a key part in reconciling site and financial data and ensuring our documentation is collated for review and audit.

    You will work as part of a small team, with the combined purpose of ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

    Perform project reconciliations in order to provide control
    Improve compliance with processes through the checks and feedback above and helping to communicate key messages to site

    Strong administrative skills:
    organisation/prioritisation and picking things up quickly
    Strong data and numeracy skills - proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    Computer literate experience of Microsoft Office packages and navigation of sharepoint
    Ability to use ERP system to gather data
    Oracle ERP experience an advantage but training will be given
    Good communication skills and team building skills to be able to gather information effectively and improve processes and compliance going forward
