- Managing appointments, meetings, arranging and booking venues, minute taking, distributing papers/agendas/documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for the system via phone and email, answering enquiries both internal and external
- Basic financial responsibilities such as raising purchase orders, issuing receipts, handling payments
- General office management, electronic filing, database management, word processing and other similar duties
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Minute taking skills required
- Good IT and organisational skills
