    Your excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams will help more technology-driven businesses around the world scale up Database DevOps and deliver valuable innovations faster.

    Your Work at

    Redgate Software:

    Gather market intelligence, including buyer persona insights and competitor analysis for a group of products, sharing your knowledge with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Product.

    Use a self-starter approach to develop product positioning and messaging thatsupports sales enablement and drivesthe creation ofcontent marketing and brand awareness & demand generation campaigns.

    B2B software commercial or marketing strategy development.
    Creating consensus between sales,productand marketing.
    Customer and competitor research and analysis.

    Adeepunderstanding ofwhat'simportant to multiple personas, including senior decision makers, and developing tailored messaging and collateral designed to resonate with them.

    Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
    Key skills include a creative approach to solving complex problems, together with strong organization andcommunication
    SalesForce
    Microsoft Excel,Wordand PowerPoint

    60 Days – begin taking responsibility for delivering against the go-to-market strategy, including the development of messaging and positioning, sharing ofinsightsand contributing innovative ideas.

    ~Salary is £50K - £60K, depending on experience
