    Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

    Can you demonstrate that you have a background in Account Management and can build strong relationships?

    If so then you could be perfect for this role

    We are working with a very established boutique recruitment company who are highly respected in the construction, house build sector.

    Due to winning a stable national contract we are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture this one account. You will be acting as the conduit between the Contract Managers, Directors and the HR Department

    The Role of Account Manager

    Based between home, the office and visits, this is a role where you manage your own time.

    This role does NOT involve recruitment; however, it does include the maximising of revenue from the PSL for Permanent and Freelance staffing requirements. To support the role the individual will have the highest level of personable skills to conduct regular contact with the clients both on the phone, face to face or on teams, this will lead to vacancies being released through their portal and leads to the consultants servicing this account.

    Responsibilities

    • To build strong relationships between the client contacts such as HR staff, directors, contracts managers, commercial teams (surveyors etc) and other decision makers at Head Office and on site
    • Create and execute a plan (map out the offices and key decision makers including HR) to grow the revenue from this account by regular contact, meetings, emails and conversations about the business to generate leads
    • Regular meetings with the above decision makers and reporting back from the meetings
    • Feedback information to the recruitment teams regarding vacancies, bookings and company information
    • To cover the following offices and build the relationships for: Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Leicester
    • Monitor Website and liaise with consultants about the live vacancies posted
    • Monitoring spend and activity of vacancies and bookings from the client and meeting with the consultants to review
    • Reviewing service levels
    • Renewing PSL

    What can I earn as Account Manager?

    The basic salary for the Account Manager ranges between £35k - £50k depending on experience with an £80k OTE in your first year

    • Solid background in Account Management
    • High level of communication skills – both written and oral
    • Strong client facing skills – professional and presentable
    • Personable but professional to build relationships
