ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at Hundens Park Care Home, you'll help residents by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. We will provide exceptional support and training in your first months, as well as offer continuous improvement and progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We are looking for an experienced carer, who will show passion for supporting residents whilst they are in our home, will demonstrate dignity and respect, and is enthusiastic about providing exceptional care.

ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a Care Assistant. Previous experience in a mental health setting is preferred, however if you are passionate about the role, we can guide you to become an excellent carer. Above all, you'll have real compassion for all our residents in order to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
