    Tasks

    Whatyoull bedoing

    • Supporting in thedevelopment of the data centres globally. Pures current locationsinclude the UK Ireland and Indonesia. Pure has further activedevelopment projects in UAE the UK and Europe (various locations).The individual will be required to work across furtherjurisdictions as Pure secures new projectsinternationally.
    • Working with existing LegalCounsel to coordinate and lead on contract negotiations and manageconstruction and supply across the relevantregions.
    • Coordinating and putting in placelonglead equipment supply agreements across multipleprojects.
    • Developing procurement strategies toassist the business deliver on time and onbudget.
    • Working with key internal stakeholdersand managing international and UK externalcounsel.
    • Liaising with the Project Directorsdevelopment and technical teams procurement and operations tosupport the business to deliver the construction and operation ofdata centre projects.
    • Working to support a widerange of transactional projects and providing general contractualand strategicadvice.
