Starting at £12 per hour this will increase to £13 after initial training £14 per hour upon full training completion, plus a nightshift allowance of £15 per night.
Great working week - Monday - Thursday either 7am/7pm or 7pm/7am.
Permanent role for the right person.
Paid for 46 hours a week with overtime opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
Operate Silicone Coater machines efficiently.
Pack products with precision, including wrapping, weighing, and palletising.
Accurately record data using our in-house computer system
Adhere to work instructions and customer specifications.
Prioritise tasks according to our production schedule.
Maintain high standards of safety, waste reduction, and quality.
Keep the work area clean and organised.
Key Skills Required:
Prior machine operating experience is essential; full training will be provided.
Background in printing is essential.
Proficient in regular manual handling and manual dexterity
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
IT literacy is desirable.
Familiarity with a busy factory environment is desirable.
