- Support the Head of Business Operations in developing and driving strategy, critical initiatives and programs that span across the global organisation
- Develop compelling arguments, translating these into a high-quality dialogue with the business and presentations for a Senior Executive audience
- Provide leadership with an independent, integrated perspective of the internal and external marketplace of topics or projects you are responsible for, facilitating informed challenge and discussions
- Ensure competitive strategy is at the heart of RES by implementing world-class standards for rigorous planning and sound decision-making
- Coordinate research and analysis for key projects, including, but not limited to, M&A Due Diligence, competitor / customer analysis, market trends, and technology portfolio optimisation Foundational Commercial Expertise:
- Ensure business cases for new products and services are consistent, accurate, and decisions on investment are made on the best information via a co-ordinated set of metrics, assumptions, and outputs
- Support the sales and marketing team in analysing pricing and bid data to validate pricing strategies
- Support the R&D team in analysing grants and funding opportunities
- Support in procurement processes and supplier cost management Project Support:

- Promote operational excellence: identify and drive opportunities to optimise our organisational systems, data collection and processes with a focus on agility through implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning System Communications, Collaboration and Campaigns:

- Monitor and track global news-flow around RES's markets and competitors, drawing insights from trends, to ensure senior executives are informed of emerging opportunities and threats and those individuals that interact with our key customers have the information they need to deepen relationships.
