- To develop comprehensive program plans including; scope, schedules, resource and budgets
- To confirm the tasks necessary to fulfil each deliverable and materials produced
- To manage and coordinate the status of tasks across the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- To manage the progress of the program, providing updates on the status of the deliverables
- To identifying any risks and issues that impact project delivery
- To prepare and report on performance metrics, maintain accurate documentation of activities and decisions
- A minimum 5 year experience as an Engineering Programme Manager
- Experience in New Product Introduction process (NPI) or equivalent product development process
- A proven track record of delivering and leading successful whole vehicle projects
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present to a variety of audiences
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- A team player who can work collaboratively and cross functionally
- Driven, proactive and adaptable, happy to provide hands on experience when required
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office package
- A willingness and desire to travel within Europe and rest of the world
- Experience and knowledge of the agricultural and/or construction sector
