    Our Head Office, in Purewell,
    Christchurch is home to our central support teams, including departments such
    as Central Reservations, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, People
    and the Executive Team.

    About the Role...
    Based
    from our Head Office in Purewell, Christchurch, the role will involve taking and
    managing both bedroom and restaurant reservations for all 14 hotels within the
    group in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is key.

    We are the heart of the central operations, managing a high volume of calls plus emails to support all of our properties Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.00pm.
    • Full time -

      40 hours per week; initially
      a 12 month contract for Maternity cover, with the potential to be extended or
      made permanent depending on business need
    • Straight Shifts (Including Bank holidays, not Christmas day & Boxing day)
    • Starting salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,000 upon successful completion of probationary period


    Skills & attributes...



    • Excellent and confident telephone manner

    • Good verbal and written skills, providing a friendly yet professional tone

    • Ability to multi task, dealing with constant incoming calls whilst responding to emails.

    • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office

    • Experience in the customer service industry, having a natural flair and passion for sales

    • Previous hotel reservation or call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given
