- To be responsible for resolving manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, composite doors, patios and bi folds;
- To provide excellent customer service;
- To provide written documentation of the outcome of the service call detailing if a second visit is required;
- To be responsible for ensuring quality work is always carried out;
- To support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required.
- Have current or previous experience as service engineer or fitter within the commercial sector
- The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc;
- Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems;
- Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers;
- A full clean UK driving license
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
