    Description

    Join an exciting and fast growing music team at this fantastic boutique.

    Open to lawyers from three years qualified through to senior associate level, this is largely a talent practice working principally for three highly experienced partners.

    Whilst there is plenty of work to provide the incoming recruit, the partners are keen to bring a lawyer on board who has a hunger and desire to build and develop their own practice over time. Someone who is passionate about music and ideally already has a network and connections in the industry.

    As a lawyer in the team you will be advising on the full range of agreements including recording contracts, producer contracts, management contracts, partnership/band contracts, songwriting/publishing contract, merchandising contracts, branding and image rights contracts, promoter and agency contracts, website contracts, catalogue acquisitions and disposals, distribution contracts, A&R executive contracts and sponsorship contracts.

    This role has arisen due to a growth in work. The team are very open to considering lawyers who are currently working in house at a music label as well as private practice music lawyers.
