    Company DescriptionIronshield Capital Management LLP is a credit focused investment manager.

    The team is one of the most experienced European Distressed teams in Europe, with a multi-year track record of successful collaboration.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time senior analyst role at Ironshield Capital Management LLP located in London.

    The Senior Analyst will assist with the investment process and idea generation, They will perform bottom-up multi-stage fundamental analysis with continuous re-assessments of position level risk/reward calculations and the impact of macro risk factors.

    The Senior Analyst will also work with other team members to generate reports, develop investment strategies, and present to internal and external stakeholders.

    QualificationsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExperience in the investment management industryAbility to conduct extensive researchExperience performing bottom-up multi-stage fundamental analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldProficiency in Excel and other financial analysis softwareExperience with distressed and event-driven credit situations is a plus5+ years in industry
