- Establish and execute asset management initiatives to enhance financial performance and service levels for the Assets
- Collaborate closely with the Assets' teams and customers to maintain income levels
- Build strong relationships with the Assets' teams and occupiers
- Work with Property Managers to ensure smooth operations across the Estates
- Manage letting agents and contribute to letting strategy development
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations with occupiers
- Assist in devising development and investment strategies
- Participate in events and meetings with potential occupiers and stakeholders
- Contribute to valuations, business plans, and investment papers
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong presentation and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Excel for investment appraisals
- Attention to detail and knowledge in landlord-tenant matters
- RICS qualification is a plus
- Good numerical and literacy skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- Potential to develop financial modeling skills

Main Function of the Role:
The Asset Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance for NOMA, Manchester, and Wellington Place, Leeds estates by implementing asset management initiatives and ensuring excellent service levels.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The role involves increasing the rental and capital value of the Assets by attracting new occupiers and retaining existing ones, among other responsibilities:
