    Ward A5 at the Wythenshawe site of Manchester Foundation trust are currently looking to recruit a Band 7 Ward Manager to our trauma and orthopedic ward, with the special interest in fractured neck of femur patients.

    We are looking for a suitably experienced nurse and leader who is passionate about patient safety and the delivery of exceptional quality care to trauma and orthopedic patients and those who require emergency surgery and post op care.

    A successful individual must be highly motivated to take on this challenge and meet head on the pressure to maintain high standards and delivery of quality care, whilst leading the nursing team.

    You will help shape future services working and supporting the Matron and Lead Nurse within the Clinical Service Unit.

    To apply for this post you must have substantial experience as a Band 6 with surgical experience.
