    Full Time, Permanent (37.Merco Medical have partnered with a leading Hospital that provides treatment and care for up to service users with mental health needs in their search for top talent and their recruitment of a permanent, full time

    As an experienced and motivated Registered Nurseyou will join our dedicated team to deliver excellent standards of care and contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the ward.

    Assisting the Ward Manager in providing day to day management and supervision of the ward and providing management and supervision of a team of registered and unregistered staff.

    Supporting the delivery of personalised care and contribute to service improvement.
    Registered Nurse with an up to date NMC PIN

    The management of effective communication between medical and nursing staff both verbal and written is a key element of this role.

    25 days' annual leave increasing annually with length of service to 30 days, plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your Birthday
