Conduct feasibility studies and offer technical expertise to shape project proposals. System-level design of drive systems, such as pumps, static frequency converters, and other power electronics applications.
    Plan and carry out comprehensive testing procedures in laboratory settings. Execute integration and production testing to ensure systems operate accurately and dependably.
    Analyze test data, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary design adjustments.
    Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and quality requirements.
    Supervise the installation and commissioning of drive systems at client locations. Offer technical assistance and training to clients during and post installation.
    Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to uphold long-term system efficiency.
    Stay informed about the latest developments in drive technology and power systems. Apply feedback from clients and field performance to improve future designs.

    Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background in drive systems development.
    Solid grasp of electrical engineering principles, especially related to variable frequency drives and power systems.
    Background in designing and implementing drive control algorithms and protection schemes.
    Strong analytical skills and focus on detail to ensure precision and reliability in system design and testing.
    Inventive thinking to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
    Ability to work autonomously or cooperatively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication purposes. Familiarity with CAD software and electrical design tools.
