    We are CUPP; a boba tea company, founded in 2012 in the heart of Bristol – growing rapidly across the UK with 33 stores and counting as well as international opportunities.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll be a part of a growing brand with a chance to put your stamp on the marketing, social media and brand image.

    As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness.


    Other responsibilities will include:

    Strategy Development:

    Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and brand identity, including identifying key target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.


    Digital Marketing:

    Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and influencer collaborations, to engage customers and build a strong online presence.


    Brand Promotion:
    Develop and execute creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement, both online and offline.

    Product Launches:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring effective communication and excitement among our customer base.


    Market Research:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our marketing strategies.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and achieve measurable results.


    Partnerships:
    Identify and build relationships with potential partners, influencers, and collaborators to enhance our brand's reach and impact.


    What experience you'll need to apply

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand
    promotion. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.


    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital
    advertising.


    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and
    deadlines.


    • Passion for boba tea and an understanding of the beverage market landscape.
