- Leading and overseeing the HR Shared Services team
- Completely reinventing and enhancing the shared services function, including team capability, operational methods, and process establishment
- Implementing, reviewing, and enhancing HR procedures and processes
- Leading the transition from manual to automated processes
- Managing HR projects and initiatives
- Reporting on HR performance
- Cultivating a positive, engaging, and high-performance team culture
- Collaborating closely with team members to drive continuous improvement in HR operations to align with the organization's people-focused goals
- Overseeing HR service delivery, managing end-to-end employee administration activities such as onboarding, recruitment, systems, and data management
- Providing daily oversight of all HR inquiries, ensuring adherence to SLAs, escalating issues when needed, and maintaining top-tier customer service standards
- Previous experience in enhancing a shared service function
- Skilled in team development, process establishment, and automation implementation
- Experience in the non-profit or charity sector is advantageous
