In Finance, we support teams across the whole of ITV, helping them create and monetise content and products that millions of people interact with every single day.

As a Business Analyst, you will be working alongside the Finance GPOs to deliver best-practice finance processes, supporting the business change and continuous improvement programmes.

Gathering and documenting business requirements for all finance functional changes
Establishing relationships across Finance at a practitioner level to identify current problems and opportunities and feed these into the portfolio of change
Collaborating with the GPOs and the business to monitor process performance KPIs to adhere and comply with policy and targets
Proactively managing and reporting on project progress, risks and benefit realisation
SME knowledge in at least one of the finance processes (PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A)
Strong background in finance process change
Experience of gathering business requirements and working collaboratively with both business and technology teams to drive change through its lifecycle
Strong understanding of best practice finance processes and experience of driving finance change
● Knowledge of project management approaches and tools
● Ability to analyse and present data
● Experience of working within SOX or similar regulatory environment is desirable

Experience in a Global Business Services environment is desirable.

● Experience of working with Oracle Fusion is desirable
