- Support the Invoicing Department and Management, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively to company standard.
- Ensure Management Information (MI) queries are captured & updated
- Manage the in-house systems and databases (Weighsoft, CTrack, Ortec, AAIR)
- Deal with any queries that may occur throughout the day
- General administration
- The Management Information (MI) data is key to the role and will require building working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- To understand and comply with the company health and safety policy
- To influence and promote a positive health, safety culture within the organisation and lead by example
- To ensure all works activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with legislative, company requirements and the risk assessments
- To ensure housekeeping of the works and welfare areas are fully maintained
- To carry out comprehensively and complete in full, all company required documentation
- To report all health, safety and environmental incidents to the Line Manager within 2 hours of it happening
- To ensure awareness of the company fire and first aid arrangements, and emergency evacuation procedure
- Management of stock control systems
- Experience within the waste/water industry or environmental sector would be desirable
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Be able to communicate with employees and external clients professionally
- Ability to set own tasks
