    Description
    Associate Wealth Manager – AAG Wealth Management


    AAG Wealth Management, one of SJP's most successful Partners, are looking to grow their team with an Associate Wealth Manager.

    Given their continued expansion plans, AAG are looking for an individual who is seeking a structured way of entering financial advice whilst requiring training to reach their long-term goals.

    This role is for a highly motivated, ambitious, self-starters looking to build a career in financial advice whilst maintaining long-term relationships with clients.


    Location:
    Westminster


    Minimum Requirements:
    A candidate with experience in Wealth Management or a relevant financial services field.

    This individual must be fully qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent QCF RDR level 4 qualification), or be working towards their Level 4 qualification.


    Earnings:

    This role will begin employed with the vision of moving to a self-employed package in the future once you're fully trained financial adviser.

    Fund any exams you need to become Level 4 qualified
    AAG will provide a client bank to the individual once they appoint as financial adviser.
    Robust and effective lead generation to help you expand your client bank once appointed
    Redistribute practice clients as and when appropriate
    Provide you with a clear, career strategy to help you become successful
    1:1 development meetings to help you achieve your professional goals
    Practice initiatives to encourage new clients which will develop your client base
    A vibrant, young team of 19 advisors which you can shadow on client meetings to learn from the best
