Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to work for an industry leading, dedicated Recruitment Agency, to take over the day to day running of an industrial site based in Leeds.
You will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting Industrial & Driving Temporary workers for this busy account. Delivering the highest level of customer service all times to both the candidate and the client.
You will be responsible for interviewing candidates and all administration of the account to include making sure that all compliance procedures are followed and all eligibility to work in the UK is completed.
The ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure is essential as you will be responsible for running the weekly payroll.
Ideally you will have previous experience of servicing an on site Industrial Recruitment Contract or managing an Industrial Recruitment Account and be a car driver due to the nature of the work.
You will have proven management skills and take accountability for the smooth running on the site, with regular client meetings to maintain the service of the account, conduct staff one to one's , mentor your team and ensure all KPI's are met.
