We are currently recruiting to a Community Adult Perinatal Consultant Psychiatrist position in the Parent Infant Perinatal Mental Health Service.
The main team base is at Barley Court, Goodmayes Hospital, Barley Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG3 8XJ.2wte Senior Trainee and 1wte trainee doctors, within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.
You will be expected to: Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to adult people with mental health needs, across Redbridge and Barking.
Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team Work directly with adults and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external adult mental health providers and acute hospitals Participate in the on-call rota frequency is currently 1:50, with a 3% of basic salary, Category A on-call supplement (pro-rata).
2wte Senior Trainee and 1wte Core TraineeCommit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
