A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a Service Manager Home Care.
Home care providing support for adults with complex mental health needs in their own home including Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Service users will have Learning Disabilities and associated mental health conditions.My client is well established and has achieved a good rating from the CQC and is looking for a Service Manager Home Care to oversee the services and to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.
Remote vacancy - Will be required to attend 1 package at least twice a week.Hours - Monday - Friday but will need to participate in the on-call rota 1 in 6
Area - Covering complex mental health care package for Learning Disabilities and Autism covering Dudley, West Midlands.
Position - Permanent position
Responsibilities - Service Manager Home Care
To manage all aspects of the home and to ensure that CQC regulations and policies are adhered to at all time.
To ensure that the safety and dignity of service users is upheld at all times.
To enable service users to live as independently as possible.
To promote values and standards of the service provider.
Skills required - Service Manager Home Care
You will need to have previous experience as a Manager or a similar senior role within the care industry.
This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care qualification.
The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and as well as being confident and reliable, they must have a strong desire to succeed.
