For individuals with 3+ years of insolvency industry experience, this is an extraordinary chance to advance your career within an organisation known for its high caseload and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload from inception through to closure, collaborating with the wider team to handle the daytoday administration of various corporate insolvency cases.
Liaising with clients, creditors, directors, employees, and other stakeholders.
Preparing documents for submission to the redundancy payments office.
Handling creditor inquiries and resolving issues related to retention of title, outstanding debts, and more.
Conducting research on companies and company directors in preparation for administration cases.
Utilising insolvency software for cash book management, diary events, and record keeping.
Requesting payments and creating remittance advice.
Drafting reports and completing statutory investigations.
Ensuring the progression of cases, including investigations and asset realisations.
Managing case diaries and ensuring the timely completion of statutory work.
Collaborating with Directors throughout the process to gather necessary information.
