    Environmental Manager ¦ Central ¦ Permanent Full time

    As our Environmental Manager you will implement and deliver our sustainability strategy in collaboration with the Head of Environmental Strategy. Leading projects and managing team members to ensure our business meets its ESG reporting requirements and legal and investor obligations. Also, owning and managing relationships with operational teams in villages to achieve sustainability targets. Responsible for the management lead of BREEAM-In-Use project, one of our key ESG commitments.

    What you will be doing

    The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

  • Lead projects and manage team to meet our ESG reporting requirements (GRESB, GRI/Sustainability report, BREEAM, internal performance reporting)
  • Deliver environmental data and assurance as required, ensure data verification ownership, methodology and process are in place for reporting with robust verification checks and data monitoring
  • Manage and support villages in improving recycling through waste management project
  • Management lead of BREEAM-In-Use project to ensure villages meet certification
  • Manage people and projects needed to achieve environmental commitments and targets

    • What makes you special

    We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

  • GRI certification
  • BREEAM in USE certification
  • Strong knowledge of GRESB, BREEAM and BREEAM in USE
  • Min 4 years' experience in Sustainability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ESG systems such as: Sphera, PowerBI and Centrica
