- Managing the financial model across several premises
- Producing financial reports
- Liaising with the company's accountant
- Set up financial direct debits
- Consolidate banking and xero weekly
- Inputting all invoices / payments onto xero
- Produce weekly and monthly cashflow forecast
- Produce end of term accounts for the accountant and support with year end
- Produce yearly forecast
- Bank reconciliation
- Basic credit control
- Managing finances for 9 different companies under one group
- Must be able to use Xero
- Ideally be able to use Sage
- Must have experience of working in a finance role
