    One of the world's elite law firms is looking to hire a NQ into its Banking Team in London.

    This rare opportunity would see you join what the wider market knows to be a remarkably collegiate and supportive team operating at the highest level on prominent cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with excellent training, superb experience and a market-leading salary in return.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Working as part of a collaborative and close-knit team to execute and deliver complex leveraged / acquisition financings at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.
    • Responsible for managing transactions, including supervising paralegals and coordinating with local counsel and clients.
    • Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, with particular focus on conditions precedent documentation, legal opinions and security documents.

      Key requirements:
      • Trained at "Magic Circle" or other leading City law firm.
      • General banking / debt finance experience (leveraged finance preferred).
      • Strong technical knowledge and stellar academics.
      • Newly qualified (or soon-to-be in September 2024) in England & Wales.
      • "Can do" attitude and a strong desire to learn / be involved.
      • Committed to providing excellent service to clients.
      • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
