- Providing operational leadership within the Assessment Delivery team
- Creating, managing, and delivering on key policies and processes
- Leading on management of risk identification and mitigation approaches
- Contributing to wider strategic planning and goals
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of the key principles of assessment, and experience working with externally set and marked assessments
- Experience leading a large operational team
- Experience of implementing operational change, and internal quality assurance principles
- Exceptional planning skills, with experience in delivering to immovable deadlines
- Confident communication and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences.
- A minimum of 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
- An additional 3 days off during the Christmas closure

About the role
We're excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Assessment Delivery team.
This is a key management role within a critical team, overseeing the accurate and timely release of external assessment results.
