    Job Description

    IQVIA are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Programme Associate . The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering productive and collaborative working relationships with key contacts across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the programme NHS shared mailbox, receiving and logging programme referrals into the IQVIA system, and allocating referrals to the appropriate Nurse based on programme requirements.
    • Schedule patient visits based on the Nurse's diary and ensure the correct management of data in accordance with data protection laws.
    • Check the accuracy of Adverse Events records and serve as the first point of contact for all project-related queries, addressing issues or directing queries to the appropriate contact.
    • Manage the assignment of NHS mail addresses, support meetings at the request of APD/PM/FM and run data quality reports as directed by the Project Manager.
    • Support the Sharepoint Champion in maintaining the Project Sharepoint Site and assist the Project Manager with document formatting.
    • Upload Project site set-up documents for Docusign as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    You need:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in project coordination and data management is preferred
