The Role
As the Customer Operations Support Manager, you'll step in to oversee the Delivery operation in the absence of our permanent manager, ensuring the smooth running of the delivery team. Leading and inspiring a team of front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide top-notch services is key. Your role is crucial in maintaining the resilience of our operation and building trust with customers.
