    Job Title: Care Planner
    Location: Banbury
    Salary: £23,100 per annum

    Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with flexibility (plus on-call expectations)
    This role is also expected to cover care calls when required

    Your role at Prestige:

    We seek a dynamic Care Planner with strong planning and scheduling background who possesses a flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to join our Banbury & Bracknell team.

    You will support the Branch Manager in meeting key business and compliance objectives.

    The primary role of a Care Planner is to advocate for Prestige Nursing & Care and ensure optimal utilization of nursing and care resources in alignment with client needs and defined standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

    Success in this role will be gauged by:

    • Meeting member utilization targets
    • Efficient shift planning leading to suitable caregiver allocations for all clients
    • Spotting growth opportunities for the business
    • Building solid relationships with Carers
    • Meeting business KPIs

    Responsibilities:

    • Meeting member utilization targets
    • Evaluating branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
    • Identifying patterns to forecast future needs
    • Maintaining schedules within specified targets
    • Maintaining precise records
    • Ensuring comprehensive schedule information for all members
    • Spotting trends and issues related to absences
    • Enhancing satisfaction levels and rates
    • Nurturing strong relationships with existing clients and caregivers
    • Maintaining effective communication with Branch Manager to resolve scheduling conflicts
    • Identifying new business prospects
    • Efficiently assigning staff to meet client demands
    • Producing ad hoc reports when needed
    • Participating in on-call duties as per local arrangements
    • The role is predominantly branch-based but may entail occasional travel to other branches/sites to serve business needs.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Assisting the team with day-to-day duties as necessary
    • Advocating for internal customer service excellence
    • Completing other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager
