- Prior management experience in a financial or private client environment is preferred

- Handle any complex queries within the team
- Manage case tracking for timely and accurate updates
- Offer high-level technical and administrative support when needed
- Ensure completion of files with necessary documentation and conduct quality checks
- Organize training for less experienced team members
- Handle incoming calls professionally and confidently
- Assist in greeting clients and visitors
