- Operate and configure CNC Turning and Milling machines.
- Efficiently transition machine settings between different tasks within designated timeframes.
- Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending programming instructions.
- Utilize micrometers, verniers, and other inspection tools to verify work accuracy against blueprint specifications.
- Ensure production meets desired quantities and standards through in-process inspections.
- Address technical inquiries when necessary.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Adhere to quality protocols and company processes.
- Maintain punctuality.
- Promptly report any issues to Unit Manager or Supervisor.
- Comply with company health and safety regulations and complete requisite training.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a comparable industry or role.
- Proficiency in using various measuring equipment.
- Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
- Experience in systematic problem-solving.
- Proactive team player.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
