    37.5 per week, permanent contract




    SALARY:
    £40,000-£45,000


    We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support our growing Bristol team with a proven experience of Marketing knowledge.

    Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience of a marketing background, construction background isn't essential but desirable.

    We deliver highly bespoke construction and development consultancy services across the UK.

    Our broad offering includes cost consultancy, project management, development management, building surveying, sustainability and environmental consultancy along with BREEAM, all brought to you by an expert team of experienced specialists from multi- disciplinary consultancy backgrounds including global corporations.

    We go much further than the standard process-driven, off-the-shelf solutions.

    The role:

    Planning and implementation of the communication strategy, social media activity, Crisis PR and executing content marketing across the company.

    Key duties will include (but not be limited to):

    Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
    Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
    Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
    Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
    Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
    Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
    Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

    Key candidate criteria:

    Previous Marketing experience is required, minimum of 5+ years.
    Excellent communication and organisation skills.
    Good attention to detail.
    A great team player and can work independently.
    First aid training is desirable.
    Ability to retain confidential information without breaking confidence.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Ability to think both strategically and commercially with a good understanding of overall business dynamics.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
