    Field Application Specialist UK (Future opportunity - Talent Pool)
    Full-time Lunaphore Technologies S.A. is a Swiss company born in 2014 with the vision of enabling spatial biology in every laboratory.

    Lunaphore provides solutions based on a game-changing chip technology that can extract spatial proteomic and transcriptomic data from tumors and other tissues, transforming any assay into multiplex spatial biology with an intuitive approach.

    We are a team of innovators dedicated to empowering researchers in immunology, immuno-oncology, and neuroscience to push the boundaries of scientific discovery and drug development.

    We build solutions that simplify technology adoption of spatial biology to support the development of diagnostic tools and streamline clinical trials, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

    We are actively seeking outstanding individuals to become part of our Talent Pool as Field Application Specialists.

    In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on-field support for both pre- and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with direct customers and channel partners.

    You will play a crucial role in establishing and overseeing the Field Applications Support functions in Europe, with occasional involvement in the United States.

    This position reports to the Manager - Field Application Specialist
    Run staining assays on the setup for testing protocols
    Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer support, and R&D in order to address customer needs and provide high-quality support
    Help define customer requirements and applications for new products
    This position includes mandatory frequent traveling to customer sites (50-70%) where necessary
    Remote employees are required to travel to the Swiss site on request to support customer application activities

    At least 3 years of commercial field applications experience in the life science environment. D. scientist with a proven desire to travel, support customers, and succeed in a commercial company will be considered
    You are hands-on and feel confident testing assays in a laboratory environment. You are skilled in managing technical work in the field
