    Role Description

    This is a contract remote role for an Independent M&A Lawyer. The Independent M&A Lawyer will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, finance, accounting, and investments.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
    • Experience in Due Diligence and Accounting
    • In-depth knowledge of Investments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in legal advisory roles
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
    • Law degree and relevant certifications

    We are seeking a talented Independent lawyer to provide expert legal support in the areas of contracts, corporate structures, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate complex business contracts.
    • Advise on optimal corporate structures for various business ventures.
    • Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, ensuring legal compliance.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain excellent communication with clients, clearly explaining legal complexities.

    Qualifications:

    • Barrister or Solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contracts and business structures.
    • Strong understanding of commercial law principles and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficient in legal research tools and databases.
