Description
Due to growth, a long-established, Essex-based firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to head up the department based in its Chelmsford office, in this key placement.
The role is a succession planning opportunity so the director of the firm can step back from billing activity and focus on strategic management matters.
The ideal candidate should have 5+years' PQE, you must be accustomed to handling your employment law caseload under no supervision.
Ideally, you should have experience in managing and supporting more junior staff as the position is intended to go to head of department in the future.
Take over a varied and high-quality caseload of employment law mattersHand both high net worth (HNW) claimant and corporate respondent cases
