- Building maintenance and repairs including basic electrical work, basic plumbing, internal painting, general repairs and gutter/drain/window cleaning
- Appropriate disposal of waste materials and monitoring waste review area
- Maintenance of all outdoor areas
- Assist with general internal building cleaning
- Stock control and Kanban of materials and products
- Maintain accurate records
- Contractor management including PTW Site induction and reviewing risk assessments
- Be aware of Health, Safety and Environmental policies ensuring complianceRequirements:
- Knowledge of electrical safety
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Experience in contractor management including PTW and reviewing risk assessments
- Good DIY / garden maintenance skills
- Enthusiasm for and experience with landscaping / grounds maintenance
- Ability to multitask, time manage and work independently
- Basic electrical skills City and Guilds or equivalent BTEC would be beneficial
- PAT Certificate useful
- Certificates for use and storage of spray pesticides (weed control) useful
